The City virtuous take all measures that spread awareness and want to meet new needs and practical needs in the field of environmental sustainability, urban and social development.
My experiment is to create a website, or better, a wiki , ie a site where all members can edit and create documents and pages, develop projects and provide ideas. 
A similar project in wikidemocracy or famous wikipedia but concentrated on the draft Porto Torres virtuous community.
There is no current intention to form policy, encourage or support any of them. The site has the function of concentrating in one place many ideas and make them available to everyone.
I know that Porto Torres is a small town and that statistically there will be many people interested in this project;
I also know that an online always lose a good portion of the willing who have not or do not exploit the network in the best way;
I also know that there are other realities that have brought or may bring the projects themselves, in these cases you can work on a common project and present it together;
It would be nice to Porto Torres demonstrate that there are still people who want to improve!
But we talk about the project: What goals should we ask? From what proposals we start?
The statutory purposes include in particular the commitment to:
* Reduce energy consumption by encouraging the use of bio-architecture, technology cakes, and energy conservation;
* Reduce waste in the consumption of potable water;
* Reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and reducing air pollution;
* Increase the recycling of waste.

It was an idea that I hoped to take the foot, which used to design a network to create a critical consciousness on many aspects of their city. Probably little or nothing has been advertised, I may not even dedicated heart and soul into something, probably not interested at all.
